## What it does

Five tools cover the disclosure workflow: `check_disclosure_policy`, `validate_c2pa_status`, `issue_ai_media_receipt`, `explain_region_rule`, `export_disclosure_log`. Tool calls come back structured, and the disclosure log can be exported as evidence a reviewer can read.

The endpoint is `https://c2padisclosure.clauxel.com/mcp` over Streamable HTTP. Production calls need a bearer token, so requests without one get rejected. A public server card sits at `https://c2padisclosure.clauxel.com/server-card.json`, and the registry name is `com.clauxel.c2padisclosure/c2padisclosure-mcp`.

The repository holds documentation only — no production source, credentials or customer records. If you want to inspect C2PA manifests locally, look elsewhere; this one is about disclosure policy and reporting.
