## What it does

Blitz is a macOS app with an MCP server of roughly 35 tools. From Claude, Codex, Cursor or any other MCP client, the agent gets the whole iOS lifecycle: booting simulators, setting up in-app purchases and subscriptions, uploading screenshots for every required device size and locale, adding TestFlight testers, and pushing a version to App Store review.

Inside there is a GUI and the MCP server that drives it. The bundle ships `asc-cli`, a CLI for edge-case App Store Connect operations; it installs itself and shares auth with the app, so it is available in every agent session. Building from source needs macOS 14 or newer, Xcode 16, Node.js 18 and Go 1.26. Older toolchains will not compile it.

Official releases may send anonymous telemetry: app launches, project events, and MCP or App Store Connect tool usage. Project names, paths, bundle IDs, CLI arguments and file contents stay out of it. Source builds and forks keep telemetry off unless you embed analytics config while bundling.
