## What it does

The server connects an LLM client to the BackEngine platform via remote streamable HTTP at `https://backengine-prod.backengine.ai/mcp`. It organizes unstructured conversations into categorized signals, source records, and rolling twelve-week summaries per customer account.

The tool inventory adapts to active workspace integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, or Slack. Standard tools like `find_similar_signals` run semantic queries across conversational signals, while `get_source` reads underlying notes or transcripts.

Without a valid BackEngine account, session authentication will fail on connect. Environments lacking native remote MCP transport must bridge the connection using `mcp-remote`.
