## What it does

Audio Bible connects an assistant to text and recordings from five Bible translations. It can return a chapter with numbered verses, a listening link that begins at a chosen verse, and details about which chapters have been recorded. Pass a `bible` value to select a translation; without one, the server uses the World English Bible.

When a chapter has no recording yet, `prepare_chapter` queues it for narration. Use `chapter_progress` to check its progress, then `download_link` to get a personal, expiring link for a chapter file or, on the annual plan, a ZIP of multiple chapters. Listening is free; downloads have plan limits.

The hosted server connects over HTTPS and uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. It covers five translations and offers no commentary or interpretation. Book slugs vary by translation, so get them from `list_books` for the Bible you selected.
