## What it does

Audifact connects to a remote MCP endpoint at `https://api.audifact.io/mcp`. It gives agents tools like `log_decision`, `log_outcome`, and `get_proof`. It is not meant for continuous tracing. The maintainer suggests logging around 3–10 consequential events per active day, returning links like `https://audifact.io/e/{event_hash}`.

The ledger is append-only and cryptographically hash-chained. You cannot edit or delete entries once written. The skill strips secrets, credentials, and raw file payloads before dispatching payloads, preserving only brief summaries.

Running this requires an account from `https://audifact.io/signup` and an API token starting with `af_...`. Every logged event burns account credits. Missing credentials will cause remote requests to fail.
