## What it does

The remote server pulls metrics from 39 wellness platforms including Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, and Hevy into your agent session. It computes key endurance indicators like chronic training load, heart rate variability shifts, and readiness scores. With write permissions granted, your agent can push structured workouts to sports watches or log strength routines.

Everything runs hosted at `https://mcp.athletedata.health/mcp` over Streamable HTTP. No local backend runs on your machine. You authenticate through standard OAuth or supply a personal API token generated on the service dashboard.

Strava records are unavailable because their platform terms block third-party AI access.

## When to use it
- aggregate recovery metrics and workout history from separate devices
- calculate chronic training load and fatigue balance
- sync scheduled interval workouts directly to a sports watch
- track sleep consistency alongside daily nutrition logs

## Example prompts
- Analyze my resting heart rate trends from the past two weeks.
- Build a running workout based on my current fatigue score and push it to Garmin.
- Summarize my recent strength sessions and total volume.
