## What it does

Astravue MCP gives Claude Code a route into Astravue workspaces, projects, tasks, and custom fields. You can ask it to create or revise tasks, subtasks, checklists, and comments, record time with a timer or a manual entry, and produce timesheet reports.

The server uses Streamable HTTP at `https://api.astravue.com/mcp`. Access is handled with OAuth 2.0, and the first connection requires an Astravue sign-in in your browser. Operations follow the user’s existing permissions, so an Astravue account session is required before the server can act.
