## What it does

Runs as a remote server at `https://mcp.assetfy.com/mcp` with OAuth 2.1 and returns official data by address, coordinates or parcel ID (Gemarkung, Flur, Flurstücksnummer). The response includes zoning parameters (GRZ, GFZ), land values (Bodenrichtwert), zoning plans (Bebauungsplan), building heights (Traufhöhe, Firsthöhe), terrain slope and map links. Each result states which regions were searched and where data is unavailable.

Requires an Assetfy account with a PROFESSIONAL or ENTERPRISE plan. The server sees only tool calls with parameters like an address or parcel ID; it does not see chat history or files. Tools are read-only: they create or modify nothing in your account. Call logs are kept for 30 days.
