## What it does

The integration runs as a remote HTTP endpoint at `https://mcp.xverum.com/mcp`. No local code is executed. It provides five distinct tools: `search_people_xverum`, `enrich_person_xverum`, `predict_job_change_xverum`, `search_company_xverum`, and `enrich_company_xverum`. You can query people or companies by skill and location.

The `predict_job_change_xverum` tool calculates whether an employee might switch jobs. These scores refresh weekly. All operations are strictly read-only. The server cannot edit or delete any data.

An account at `https://ask.xverum.com/` is required. Authentication relies on an OAuth browser flow on first connection, keeping API keys out of your setup. Every request uses credits. Search results cost 1 credit each, while predicting a job move costs 10 credits.
