## What it does

The server exposes focused web inspection endpoints directly to your AI agent. Available tools check Core Web Vitals metrics, audit HTTP security headers, parse `robots.txt` instructions, trace redirect hops, and extract on-page metadata. It also includes developer utilities for User-Agent parsing, YAML validation, and test JWT creation.

Billing follows a pay-per-call model. The system accepts USDC micropayments on Base using x402, direct card debits through Stripe MPP, or conventional Stripe API keys. Unfunded calls return an HTTP 402 status code with payment details. Free evaluations without payment are restricted to dedicated `/preview` endpoints.
