# Apiguru Amazon Data

An MCP server that feeds live Amazon records to your agent: products, reviews, search hits, deals, offers and sellers. Useful when the agent needs real listings instead of guesses.

## What it does

Point the server at `https://mcp.apiguru.app/mcp` and the agent can pull a product record with title, price, rating and variants. Its `_links` carry through to reviews and offers. Search, deals and seller stock are covered too.

No account is needed to start. You get three calls a day free, then pay per call with x402 or authenticate with an API key. For unlimited work, set `APIGURU_API_KEY` and pass it in the client config; the stdio route needs Node and runs `npx -y apiguru-mcp`.

The repo ships more than the server: a skill with `scripts/probe.py`, an npm bridge, an `endpoints.json` spec and a Claude plugin. Bugs in the API go back through GitHub issues or the free `send_feedback` tool. The author says fixes come from those reports.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Remote server: `https://mcp.apiguru.app/mcp`
- Environment variables: `APIGURU_API_KEY`, `APIGURU_BASE_URL` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.

## When to use it
