# Anyway Possible Agent Utilities

## What it does

The free `recommend_tool` router points agents to a suitable check. Eight paid tools cover merchant revenue diagnostics, Base wallet balances, x402 purchase validation before signing, and checks of public URLs. Results are structured; web evidence checks can return timestamps, receipts, and hashes.

Paid requests use x402 and settle in USDC on Base. The client receives the payment terms, decides whether to authorize them, then retries the request with payment authorization. Paid tools require an x402-capable client and a funded Base USDC wallet. The free router works without payment, so paid checks are the part that depends on wallet funding.
