# 中国 AI 合规与备案（条文级自查）

This MCP server helps AI coding agents check Chinese rules on generative AI, synthetic-content labels, deep synthesis and algorithm filings. It retrieves legal provisions and turns usage scenarios into compliance checklists.

## What it does

The service covers four Chinese regulatory measures and the mandatory national standard GB 45438-2025. Its knowledge base contains 42 provision-level Q&A entries on topics such as training data, personal information, AI-generated content labels, deepfakes, recommendation algorithms and filing procedures. Answers include references to the relevant legal provisions.

Eight read-only tools support topic listing, keyword searches, full requirement retrieval and scenario-based self-checks. `get_article` fetches the verbatim text of a specified article, along with a SHA-256 fingerprint and an official source link. `search_articles` searches within a selected regulation and returns matching article numbers with excerpts. The service can also map an AI service's form to applicable filing steps.

Connect over HTTP at `https://savantcat.cn/mcp-compliance`; no API key is required. Local execution uses Python and the dependencies in `requirements.txt`. Treat the output as a reference for internal checks, not legal advice. Filing requirements should be confirmed with the relevant local cyberspace administration.
