## What it does

The MCP server launches AI Video Enhancer Studio installed on a Windows PC. An agent can upscale video, stabilize footage, reduce noise and convert frame rates. It can also inspect files and retrieve the app’s status, presets, supported formats and licence state.

Processing requires AI Video Enhancer Studio and an NVIDIA RTX GPU. If the desktop app is not installed, the server exposes a setup tool with download and installation guidance. Without the app, video processing cannot run.

The launcher starts through `npx`; it does not send network data or write files itself. The app works with local files, but sends ContentaSoft anonymous telemetry about tool use, the connected MCP client and trial state. You can disable telemetry in the app settings.
