## What it does

The CLI searches GitHub repositories and npm packages for blockchain, DeFi, and web3 tools. Keyword filters narrow the results, and OpenAI or Anthropic models can check whether a discovery is crypto-related. By default, projects must have been updated within the last 12 months; adjust the window with `--max-age`.

Results can be emitted as JSON, and `--dry-run` lets you test a search without making AI calls. The package also offers a Node.js/TypeScript SDK. AI-based analysis requires either `OPENAI_API_KEY` or `ANTHROPIC_API_KEY`; adding `GITHUB_TOKEN` raises GitHub rate limits. Without a provider key, the AI validation step cannot run.

- send search results to a CI/CD pipeline as JSON

## Example prompts
- Find Solana MCP servers on GitHub and npm with `lyra-discover discover --sources github,npm --limit 10`.
- Run discovery without AI requests using `lyra-discover discover --dry-run`.
- Search only for projects updated in the last 6 months with `lyra-discover discover --max-age 6`.
