## What it does

The server acts as an HTTP proxy that filters agent actions through five inspection stages prior to dispatch. Each call undergoes statistical checks, causal validation, regression testing, evidence review, and human-readable justification. Approved invocations receive dual cryptographic stamps using classical Ed25519 combined with post-quantum SLH-DSA-SHAKE-128f, then lock into an append-only Merkle structure.

Tool layers span several operational domains. The gateway includes VPN tunnel management, encrypted Sovereign Mail, Cloudflare-backed validator quorum checks, and semantic agent memory with TTL controls. Identity checks rely on ML-DSA-44 and ML-KEM-512 schemes. An admit decision demands signatures from three out of four validator nodes, with explicit participation from an auditor and a regulator.

Without an active Bearer token from `obligationsign.com/start/`, the server rejects all agent traffic. Note that the SSE endpoint is deprecated, leaving streamable HTTP at `https://mcp.obligationsign.com/mcp` as the single working path.
