## What it does

The server offers tools to check whether a skill update passes a gate, compare skill manifests, issue update receipts, assign an owner, and export an update log. Its outputs include structured receipts and audit evidence.

This is a paid remote MCP service accessed over HTTP. Production requests need a bearer token issued by the service, and the MCP client must support remote Streamable HTTP servers. Calls without the token will not run in production. The repository is documentation for the hosted service, not its private source code.
