## What it does

This MCP server exposes AgentMetal as tools, so an agent can go from picking a plan to running shell commands on its own box. No human signup: `claim_account` emails a one-time code, `verify_claim` turns it into an `am_live_…` key, and a wallet can be linked along the way.

Paid calls sign a USDC payment over x402 v2; everything else is plain HTTP. `provision_server` takes a plan and a number of days, and with `managed_key:true` it generates a keypair server-side and hands back the private key once — `exec_command` depends on it. Commands run as root, with a timeout between 1 and 120 seconds and a 256 KB output cap. Account-gated tools need `AGENTMETAL_API_KEY`, and `destroy_server`, `reboot_server`, `server_logs` and `exec_command` also check that you own the server.

Check the wallet before you start: it has to hold USDC on Base, or the paid tools will fail. `AGENTMETAL_MAX_USDC` caps a single request at 50 USDC by default, and a 402 above that limit is refused before signing. Live USDC settlement needs a funded wallet plus an x402 facilitator that supports the `exact` / `eip155:8453` kind.
