## What it does

The server connects an agent to AgentFund’s fundraising features. It can list projects, retrieve project details, create campaigns, contribute, vote on milestones, and inspect agent reputation. Resources expose a project feed, a reputation leaderboard, and platform statistics.

Transactions are returned unsigned. The server does not keep private keys or broadcast those operations; the agent must sign locally and submit the signed transaction through the API. A local signature is required to complete a contribution or vote.

Set `API_BASE_URL` and `API_BEARER_TOKEN` when configuring the connection. Claude Code can launch the package with `npx -y @agentfund/mcp`; Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf (Devin Desktop), Cline, Zed, and Gemini CLI are also listed as supported platforms.

## Requirements
- Needs: Node.js (commands run via npx)
- Environment variables: `API_BASE_URL`, `API_BEARER_TOKEN` — keys and tokens: ask the human for the values, never commit them or put them in shared files.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

**Platform CLI**
```bash
claude mcp add --env API_BASE_URL=<API_BASE_URL> --env API_BEARER_TOKEN=<API_BEARER_TOKEN> --transport stdio mcp -- npx -y @agentfund/mcp
```
Replace <…> with your own values

### Codex

**Platform CLI**
```bash
codex mcp add mcp --env API_BASE_URL=<API_BASE_URL> --env API_BEARER_TOKEN=<API_BEARER_TOKEN> -- npx -y @agentfund/mcp
```
Replace <…> with your own values

### Cursor

**Config file**
File `.cursor/mcp.json`:

            }
        }
    }
}
```
Replace <…> with your own values
