It resolves queries through `/api/find` and routes tasks among external x402 sellers with `/api/route`. Free queries function through proof-of-work challenges. The free tier requires no wallet. Paid tool calls start at $0.001. Payments settle in USDC across 12 chains using x402 and MPP standards, or in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Structured reports cost between $0.60 and $2.00 per generation. The server also exposes `/api/leaderboard` to inspect seller transaction volume on Base. You can connect through the hosted HTTP endpoint or run `npx -y agent402-mcp` locally.
