# agent-web-reader

This MCP server lets an agent extract webpage content, audit GitHub repository SEO, and fetch crypto signals. Each paid call uses x402 payments in USDC on Base.

## What it does

The `web_read` tool pulls readable text and metadata from a URL. `repo_audit` scores a GitHub repository’s discoverability and returns concrete fixes; `market_signal` reports price, trend, and momentum for a crypto symbol. Each tool costs $0.005 per call.

Connect over HTTP as an MCP server. An unpaid request receives a payment challenge; after payment, the server returns the requested data. Payments use x402 and USDC on Base. The agent needs an x402 client that can sign payment authorization; without an `X-PAYMENT` header, a paid call won’t return its data.
