## What it does

This server bridges LLMs with scholarly indexes including arXiv, PubMed, bioRxiv, medRxiv, Google Scholar, IACR ePrint, and Semantic Scholar. It exposes standardized search and fetch actions tailored for deep research tasks and automated literature reviews.

Under the hood, queries execute asynchronously via httpx, and responses are formatted into normalized Paper dictionaries. Dedicated utilities handle keyword queries and PDF retrievals. To utilize elevated Semantic Scholar limits, set the SEMANTIC_SCHOLAR_API_KEY environment variable.
