## What it does

This remote MCP server exposes the customer endpoints for the 4chems platform API via Streamable HTTP at `https://mcp.4chems.com/mcp`. It allows an assistant to submit inquiries and review trial templates. Nine core tools run without credentials, including device authentication and reaching support.

Administrative actions require a Bearer token passed inside the `authorization` parameter. These tools handle tenant setups and billing details. If a background process takes extra time, it returns an `operation_id` to poll via `get_my_operation`.

This endpoint never touches substance data or regulatory dossiers. IUCLID dossiers and QSAR predictions run through separate products rather than this management tool. The assistant must ask for explicit consent before making changes and must never guess 6-digit confirmation codes.
