# 2ools

Remote MCP service that publishes web previews, tracks project revisions, and exports code directly from your AI conversation.

## What it does

This remote server connects via HTTP to `https://2ools.app/mcp`. It equips your assistant with capabilities to stage interfaces, monitor revisions, and download code. The `create_public_preview` action runs free without an account, transforming raw standalone HTML into a viewable link valid for 24 hours.

The service exposes 43 tools. Each tool includes explicit annotations indicating whether it performs safe reads or destructive actions. Through these endpoints, models can convert discussion briefs into tracked projects, check differences between builds, manage approvals, and download source bundles.

Without completing the browser-based OAuth 2.1 flow, project management endpoints stay locked. If your setup demands a local `stdio` worker, the project includes a Node.js translation proxy alongside a `Dockerfile`.

- publish temporary public preview links for single-file HTML pages
- convert chat instructions into persistent versioned web projects
- inspect differences across project revisions without raw source output
- process approval or rejection requests for updated project builds
- bundle plain source files into an exportable zip archive

## Example prompts
- Turn this layout into a single HTML file, publish a 2ools preview, and share the URL
- Store this chat as a persistent 2ools project and check what changed from the prior build
- Generate an export package containing the files of the active version
