## What it does

This server equips agents with 12 structured utilities targeting Bilibili accounts via UID or username. The tools query profile metadata, pull dynamic posts, and extract video subtitles. Running it locally requires Python 3.12 or the `uv` toolchain.

Queries fail immediately without a valid `SESSDATA` cookie passed through the environment or pointed to by `BILI_COOKIE_FILE`. Optional parameters like `BUVID3` or `BILI_JCT` help satisfy platform risk checks during frequent requests.
