# 1stay

1stay lets an agent find hotels, check current rates, and create a checkout link for a booking. It can also look up reservations and help guests manage them.

## What it does

The server searches hotels by destination and dates, then returns room options and current prices. After the guest picks a rate, the agent creates a checkout link. Personal and payment details go on a separate secure page, not through the AI conversation; a confirmation arrives by email after booking.

Other tools can retrieve reservation details, resend the confirmation email, or provide a cancellation link. Searching and viewing hotel details require no sign-in. To look up a reservation, the guest must verify it with a full name and confirmation number, or with the booking email and the card’s last four digits. Checkout links expire after about 15 minutes, so an expired link requires fresh rates and a new link.
