## What it does

\`gws-admin-reports` runs Google Workspace Admin Reports operations. It can retrieve activity records for an account and its applications, fetch usage reports for customers, users, or entities, and start or stop activity notification channels.

Before a call, the command checks that Google Workspace CLI is installed and authentication is configured. It then directs the agent to inspect available operations and the chosen method’s schema with `gws schema`. Use `--params` for query or path parameters, `--json` for a request body, and pagination flags when needed. You need `gws` and configured authentication. The command also relies on `../gws-shared/SKILL.md` for shared auth and security guidance; if it is missing, run `gws generate-skills` first.

## Requirements
- Works with: Google Workspace

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **claude-code-templates**
```bash
npx claude-code-templates@latest --command google-workspace/gws-admin-reports
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.claude/commands/gws-admin-reports.md` — Call it with /gws-admin-reports. For all projects use ~/.claude/commands/

### Codex

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.codex/prompts/gws-admin-reports.md` — Call it with /prompts:gws-admin-reports. Codex marks this format deprecated in favour of skills

### GitHub Copilot

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/prompts/gws-admin-reports.prompt.md`

### Gemini CLI

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.gemini/commands/gws-admin-reports.toml` — Gemini stores commands as TOML: the prompt text goes into the prompt field
