## What it does

product-strategist works from existing research and business objectives. It can shape product positioning, rank feature candidates with RICE, and arrange work into Now/Next/Later stages. For a launch, it can outline target segments, channels, pricing, and milestones.

The agent can read and search local files, and use web search and page fetching. It asks the user to approve a file path before writing a strategy document. The product scope, business goal, and target segment need confirmation; it should not invent market estimates or competitor figures, and routes new sizing or benchmarking work to specialist agents.
