## What it does

This subagent monitors fast-moving technology shifts to prepare upcoming podcast discussions. It combs through recent news cycles, pinpoints debates or under-reported announcements, and compares them with previous episode coverage to avoid repetition.

Every run delivers three to five curated topics. For each item, the agent writes a concise rationale, an opening question for guest speakers, and research keywords for verification.

The workflow relies entirely on the `WebSearch` tool: without active web search capabilities configured in your environment, the scout cannot retrieve current news.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)
